What is included in a KC Princess experience?

Each royal visit is a fully curated luxury experience. Your princess arrives in character and leads the celebration with storytelling, imaginative play, music, gentle games, and interactive moments — all provided and thoughtfully paced by us.

You do not need to plan activities or manage the flow. Our role is to guide the experience seamlessly so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.

How long are your princess visits?

We offer a range of visit lengths to suit different celebrations, with most families choosing 30–75 minutes. Longer, immersive experiences are also available for larger events or venue celebrations.

Each experience is carefully structured to maintain engagement while preserving a calm, magical atmosphere.

Do you provide everything for the entertainment?

Yes. All activities, games, and guided moments are included and led by your princess. We simply ask that a clear space be available for the children to gather and participate comfortably.

How many children can attend?

Our experiences are designed to feel personal and refined. For the best experience, we recommend:

-Up to 12 children for intimate gatherings

-Larger groups by special arrangement

If you’re hosting a larger event, we’re happy to recommend the best format.

Are parents and guardians welcome?

Absolutely. Parents and guardians are warmly welcome to observe, take photos, and enjoy the festivities alongside their children.

Is photography allowed?

Yes — photography is encouraged. These moments are meant to be remembered, and many families love capturing the magic as it unfolds. We also love seeing photos from our events and are always delighted when families choose to share their favorite memories with us.

Do you offer licensed or trademarked characters?

Our princesses are inspired by classic fairy tales and folklore. We do not offer licensed or trademarked characters.

This allows us to create timeless, imaginative experiences while maintaining the highest professional standards.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and seasonal dates. We limit the number of events we accept to ensure exceptional quality and availability.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve the Kansas City area and surrounding communities. Travel beyond our standard service area may be available by special arrangement.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens — we understand. Our policies are designed to be fair while protecting our performers’ schedules. Full details are provided at the time of booking, and we’re always happy to discuss options if plans change.

What if my child is shy or needs extra reassurance?

Our performers are trained to read the room and meet each child exactly where they are. Whether a child prefers quiet observation or enthusiastic participation, your princess will ensure every guest feels comfortable and included.
